A special 'Thank You' to Mike (you know who you are) for all your help and support. XX

We had a meeting with Sky Executives last Thurs and was told our Documentary film (THE MAN WHO HAD MINUTES TO LIVE) has done so well on 'Real Lives' that it will now be screened on SKY ONE on Thurs 28th Aug at 10pm prime time which is fab news for us, they have also asked if they can make another 'part 2' film following how our life has been since the end of the last film and filming Pete getting back to work.

Pete finally got his driving license back last sat and is now looking for work with a company that won’t mind being filmed, and already a few offers have come through which he will consider but will take his time to make sure he can secure something he will enjoy.

I am starting to write a book (as well as launching my Art career) and looking for a good film producer for a feature film about our amazing story, so all things looking brighter and more beautiful for us now.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO THOSE OF YOU HERE (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT, and I will forever dedicate my life to help others and try my hardest to raise awareness, I am also pleased to say that after dozens of letters I wrote to The House Of Commons, Anne Maine MP, Patricia Hewitt and Andy Burnham ( Minister of State) Pete's case was discussed in the House Of Lords and a few weeks ago was announced on the news that people can be treated in any part of our country now, although it was too late coming for Pete I feel great joy and happiness that this shouldn't happen again, a NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE available to everyone.

A very special Thank You to you Anne Maine MP for everything you have done for us you always respond so quickly and get things done xx

Anyway watch out for more of Pete on your TV and News.

With much love
Julia xx

It’s summer 2008 and after two very successful exhibitions (Colours of Emotion & Faces of Devotion) I decided to paint for a third ‘LOVE & LIFE’.

In spring of this year I put together my very first art exhibition after going through a very emotional rollercoaster which has lasted for the past 3 years. I had no idea how the public would react or even if my work was good enough to hang, but to my amazement was a sell out success. How did this happen?

All I can say is that my very first art exhibition ‘COLOURS OF EMOTION’ was completely from my heart and at stages I never even knew ‘WHY’ I was painting a certain colour, shape or style it would just happen, I felt great pleasure every time I stood back and looked at my finished creation, was it my actual ‘Emotion’ good, bad, happy or sad that had been created right there in front of me? Whatever it was it was exciting and gave me strength. ‘LOVE & LIFE’ is all about the devoted souls inside us, angels if you like, and I have been extremely fortunate to have been surrounded by beautiful angels recently so decided to show just a few of them in all their glory. As an Artist I wanted to show my interpretation of love and life by painting in two very different ways, ‘Abstract’ to capture emotion from my personal life experiences, creating visual depth and three dimensional sculptural elements of ‘LOVE & LIFE’ on canvas and ‘Portrait’ using manipulated light and space to capture an everlasting moment in time. This exhibition is again a very personal insight into my life and how my sanity was saved from destruction through the kindness of ordinary people who care. I hope you enjoy my exhibition which will be completely donated to petesfund  in order to help Pete get his life back on track and to also help other AVM & Stroke victim sufferers in any way we can, and to remind us all that braveness and strength is inside all of us. Thank you for your interest.

By the way look out for my hidden hearts painted in most of my art work, a reminder of my love for Pete, my extraordinary husband. Julia Nash x
